GLP-1 Weight-Loss Program: More Details
Because you deserve access to every option, Kim Lovely offers a collaborative GLP-1 weight-loss program in partnership with Nurse Practitioner Caroline Toussaint. This integrative approach is designed for individuals seeking a medically supported path to weight management—without sacrificing personalization, education, or long-term sustainability.
The program combines medically supervised GLP-1 therapy, when clinically appropriate, with individualized nutrition counseling, lifestyle strategy, and ongoing coaching support. Medical oversight ensures safety and careful monitoring, while nutrition and lifestyle guidance focus on preserving lean mass, supporting metabolic health, managing side effects, and building habits that last beyond medication use.
Participants receive a collaborative care experience—where medical treatment and nutrition work together rather than in isolation. Education is central to this model, empowering you to understand how GLP-1 medications work, what to expect, and how to support your body throughout the process.
This program is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Candidacy is thoughtfully assessed, and care is tailored to your health history, goals, and preferences. Whether GLP-1 therapy is used as a short-term tool or part of a longer-term plan, the focus remains on informed choice, sustainable results, and whole-person health.
Eating for Digestive Health
“Kim believes in the 80/20 rule. 80% of the foods you eat should be healthy foods that serve your body well and 20 % of the foods you eat are the ones that make life fun.”

Healthy Weight
Kim empowers you with healthy weight tools so you can attain and maintain the right weight for your body and live your life with sustainable, health-promoting habits. These tools include understanding your thoughts about food, managing cravings and overeating, writing menus/food plans, grocery shopping skills, thoughtful supplementation, and regular monitoring of progress and modification needs.
“It is impossible to exercise your way out of a poor diet.” Especially if you are a woman in Perimenopause and menopause.

Children with Complex Health Needs
Kim has 25+ years of experience working as a pediatric nutritionist with families who have children with complex health needs such as premature birth, neuromotor disorders, failure to thrive, food allergy, developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.
She has a proven track record of helping families resolve feeding concerns, initiating home blended formulas for tube feeding, weaning off tube feeding, and broadening the diets of selective eaters. She uses a unique approach that gets to the root of feeding problems and puts an effective plan in place. While working with the child, Kim uses life coaching to help parents feel more empowered and confident.
